Description: West Midland Safari Park are currently looking to recruit a fixed term 14-month maternity cover for the role of Wildlife Administrator. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Wildlife team, contributing to the efficient running of the department through achieving a timely and accurate office support service.

This is an exciting opportunity, where we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate the ability and competence in a range of administration tasks to support the Head of Wildlife and Senior Team. The role will include managing and processing invoices, assisting with management of rota’s, minute taking, recruitment paperwork, initial training and inductions of new staff. Full training will be provided.

About you

The role requires someone who is confident, motivated and enthusiastic with an understanding of discretion and confidentiality. You will need to possess organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work to set deadlines under your own initiative as well as integrating into the team.
You will have strong software and IT skills, including Excel and Word with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a similar faced paced environment would be advantageous but it not essential for application.
