Description: West Midland Safari Park are currently recruiting for the position of Food & Beverage Deputy Manager.

This exciting and varied position will require an enthusiastic and dynamic approach, assisting with the management of a large and diverse team to achieve both excellent customer service and profitability. The role will require the successful candidate to support the effective daily operations of 16 catering units, varying from semi-waiter style themed restaurants to fast service food courts and refreshment kiosks.

The role will assist the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve key performance indicators (KPI's) in line with pre-set department targets and budgets, assisting with recruitment and staffing costs across the seasonal calendar. In addition, the successful candidate will help to accurately monitor stock, ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of service and product quality.

We are looking for a highly organised individual, who is confident, motivated, and approachable. You will have a proven track record of leadership experience and qualities within the Food & Beverage sector, demonstrating your ability to delegate and support team members to successfully achieve set objectives. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working efficiently under the pressures of challenging priorities and deadlines.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to working outside of standard business hours, including working weekends, bank holidays and some evenings.
