Salary: from £28,000 to £32,000

Description: West Midland Safari Park are looking for a Venues Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for our three amazing Venues, leading with the development and delivery of a range of private and public events.

Creating outstanding memories for our guests will require someone who leads from the front, inspiring all team members to reach the highest standards of customer service. The role will support teamwork and collaboration across the key venues functions to create a consistent and quality end-to-end client journey.

The role requires a financially focused and business minded approach to drive forward event sales and F&B revenue, ensuring targets and margins are set and achieved whilst delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

About you
You will have a passion for hospitality and love to exceed expectations. You will naturally be a people person, with the ability to positively engage and translate the needs of everyone you meet. You will have high expectations of yourself and your team and an eye for the smallest of details.

You will understand the importance of retaining talent and will lead by encouraging and supporting every team member to continuously enhance their capabilities and performance.

Experience in a similar position within a hospitality environment is essential, calling on your industry knowledge and skills to generate ideas and solutions that will achieve the requires results every time.
