Description: Can you help Santa Claus to deliver endless Christmas magic? As our Head Elf you will be welcoming guests during our Santa Safari, providing a memorable and amazing experience and adding that little extra Christmas sparkle. A considerable amount of interaction, character work, improvisation, endless energy and a love for all things Christmas is required. Dressing up is a must, singing even if slightly out of tune, dancing like no one is watching and laughing is strongly encouraged!

About you:

The role requires someone who is creative, enthusiastic and motivated with excellent interaction, communication and presentation skills. You will have experience in a performance / audience based environment and delivering character based interactions.

You will need to ensure that the other Elves are ready to assist Santa by delivering guest interaction workshops and ongoing guidance and support. Whilst portraying your fabulous inner Elf, you will at all times display a strong customer focus assisting with guests’ Christmassy enquiries.

A Performing arts, theatre or drama related qualification is desirable, but not essential for role selection.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends, bank holidays and early evenings.
