Description: Are you a strategic and creative Head of Marketing looking for an exciting new opportunity in an extraordinary environment?

West Midland Safari and Leisure Park currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketing professional to join our management team. In this busy and varied position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and activities, increasing brand awareness and driving business growth.

In order to succeed in this role, you will be required to inspire and lead on the generation and delivery of a range of engaging communication campaigns. You will also use your initiative and marketing techniques to set and achieve agreed visitation and financial targets.

About you:

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual, who will bring with them a range of imaginative solutions and be able to spot marketing and sales opportunities. You'll have experience in creating a strategy for internal and external communications, displaying an up to date understanding of the marketing and communications landscape.

You will thrive in a fast-paced managerial position, demonstrating your ability to lead and develop a diverse team, delivering business aligned objectives across a range of marketing disciplines.

You’ll have the capability to meet the changing needs of a demanding business environment, continuously monitoring and evolving the marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and further engage with our visitor segments.

Your approach to marketing will be financially focused, providing insight-led and data-driven decisions that will achieve the expected ROI. You’ll also be a skilled influencer, developing strong external relationships and successfully negotiating with media providers.
