Hours: Up to 37.5 dependant on the needs of the business, will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.

Wage: £8.96 aged 25+, £8.45 aged 21-24, £6.90 aged 18-20, £5.10 aged 16-17

Description: West Midland Safari Park are currently recruiting for the position of Retail & Admissions Supervisor, to oversee various units over our Santa Safari period. Santa Safari runs on selected dates from 16th November until 29th December 2019.

This exciting role may include working in Santa's Grotto, meeting and greeting families and giving them all a magical Christmas experience. The role will cover a wide range of tasks; including supervising Santa's Grotto and other Retail units throughout the Park, efficiently managing staffing levels, cash reconciliation and liaising with management regarding day to day operations.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be full of Christmas spirit and be comfortable talking to all children, particularly about; toys, Elves and Reindeer!

It will be essential to remain in character at all times; telling Christmas stories, listening to toy wish lists and even singing the odd Christmas carol to ensure that all children who visit us have a memorable experience.

You will have gained a formal qualification in Mathematics and English.

Ideally, we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate the ability to supervise a commercial unit, including staff.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
