Hours: 37.5 hours (Term Time) & 22.5 hours (School holiday weeks). The weekly hours will vary in line with the academic teaching calendar and provide varied monthly pay dependant on the hours worked in each pay period.


Description: West Midland Safari Park has an exciting opportunity to join the Education Department in the role of Education Administrator.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Education team, contributing to the achievements of visitation, enrolment and financial targets through the handling of all educational enquiries and bookings.

Your role will include assisting with all first level enquiries received by the department, coordinating office communications, information gathering and record keeping in line with GDPR legislation, providing up to date information on available educational programmes and activities. You will manage all elements of the educational booking process, including payment processing, developing and maintaining relationships with key educational contacts and establishments contributing to the development of a repeat customer database.

About you

The role requires someone who is confident, motivated and enthusiastic, you will need to possess organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work to deadlines under your own initiative as well as integrating into the team.

You will have strong IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft packages, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail and presentation. Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a telephone sales/booking environment in a similar faced paced environment.
