Hours: 37.5 over 5 days, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings

Salary: £19,500

Description: West Midland Safari Park are recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor to join our Facilities team.

This exciting role covers a wide range of tasks to support the management of a diverse team to ensure all onsite Facilities and infrastructure are maintained to required standards on a daily basis to deliver a high-quality customer services environment.

This position will include the allocation of tasks to the Facilities department, supporting team members to perform effectively within their role whilst efficiently managing staffing levels and acting as the first point of contact for our assistants and guests.

About you:

You will have previous experience in a similar position supervising a team in a fast-paced responsive environment and be able to demonstrate your ability to delegate and support team members to successfully achieve set objectives. You will be confident to lead from the front as this is a predominately hands on role.

Due to the role supporting Facilities across the entire business, the successful candidate will need to hold a full, valid driving licence.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to working outside of standard business hours, including working weekends, bank holidays and some evenings.
